HOW TO UDPATE FIRMWARE ON 1MORE HEADPHONES

At 1MORE, we strive to offer the best possible experience to our customers and one way to do this is by offering firmware updates via our 1MORE MUSIC app. This allows us to keep your software up-to-date and help solve bugs if they pop up. Please see below on how to update your earbuds with the latest firmware:

1. Download latest version of 1MORE MUSIC app from the iOS or Google App Store. If already downloaded, please make sure to update it to the latest version.
2. Take out both True Wireless ANC earbuds (or any 1MORE Bluetooth product) and connect to your device that has the app downloaded.
3. Once connected, open the 1MORE MUSIC App and sync the earbuds to the app.
4. Click “Version Info” and follow the instructions to update earbuds.
5. After the update is complete, wait until the earbuds reset/reconnect to each other.
6. After resetting successfully, your earbuds will now have the newest firmware loaded.
